You can cancel your direct debit account at any time and continue to receive and reconcile transactions manually. Before you cancel, if you're having any issues with your direct debit set-up, please contact support, and we'll be happy to assist.
How to Cancel Direct Debit account?
- Go to your Direct Debit Settings tab.
- Click on 'Cancel Direct Debit'.
Important
Once you cancel your GoCardless for Cheqdin direct debit account, you'll no longer be able to receive direct debit payments or access fully-automated payments or auto-reconciliation functionalities. If you wish to set it up again, you'll have to start the direct debit verification process again.
