Parents Portal: How can I make an adhoc booking for my child from the parents portal?

Important

You can only add or register a sibling account from the parents portal. The registration and make a booking section of your parent portal is only available if you have at least one child already registered and enrolled. If you have not yet registered at least one child, you must complete the first child's registration via the online registration link provided by your centre. Once the first child is registered and enrolled by the centre, you can come back to the parents portal and add other sibling accounts. The online payment options and/or booking options may vary based on the settings applied by your provider. For further assistance, please contact your centre manager directly.

If your childcare centre accepts Adhoc bookings, you can book directly from your parents portal.

To make Adhoc bookings from the parents portal: 

1. Log in to your parents portal account, and go to 'Make a Booking'. Be sure to log in to the parents portal using the correct link: https://cheqdin.com/login/parent 

2. Select a session and choose a date and time. The available sessions and dates shown on your screen will depend on the services and sessions offered by your provider. Please note that the sessions displayed below are for illustration purposes only.

3. Click on 'Add to Cart'. 

4. Once you have finished selecting the sessions and adding them to the card, click on 'Checkout'. 

5. On the payments screen, select an option to checkout and confirm your booking. Please note that the payment options shown here will vary depending on the options activated by your provider.

After confirming your booking, you'll receive an email at your registered email address. If you have any payments or booking-related queries, please contact your centre manager directly.
