Your Customer ID enables our technical team to quickly locate your account and address your concerns. Hence, we highly recommend keeping your Customer ID handy while communicating with us.
To get in touch with our support team or make an enquiry, it's best to provide your Cheqdin customer ID. This unique ID is specific to your account with us and is not shared or reused. Customer IDs are only assigned to schools, childcare, out-of-school and activity or creche centre accounts. Parents and carers do not have customer IDs.
To find your customer ID, you need to be logged in to the Cheqdin web portal using your centre's (admin) login credentials.
Here's where you can quickly find or locate your Cheqdin Customer ID:
- On the web portal, click on the 'Cheqdin' logo at the bottom left navigation bar.
- Click on 'Profile'
- Your unique account identification number can be found under the field marked 'Customer ID'
- Click on the clipboard icon to copy it and share the ID when you contact us
