How to Create an Online Registration form?

With CheqForm, you can create multiple online registration forms and customise the forms to your requirements.
To create your first registration form:

1. On your Admissions, click on 'Registration Dashboard'

2. Click on 'Create Form'

3. Click on 'New Form'

4. Customise your form, design your landing pages, setup payment methods (optional) Publish your new online registration form

5. Share your form with your customers or publish/embed it on your website
